Psychological Services with a Senior Licensed Therapist
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation / Biopsychosocial Assessments $225
- Psychotherapy 60 minutes sessions are $165 (includes face to face and paperwork time)
Psychological Services with a Masters Social Work State Registered Intern
Clinician has graduated from an accredited Masters Social Work Program and is registered with the State of Florida to complete clinical therapy service hours under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Provider. This practitioner is supervised and all treatment provided is overseen by Better Care Counseling founder and Senior Therapist
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation / Biopsychosocial Assessments $100
- Psychotherapy 60 minutes sessions are $85
Psychological Services with a Masters Social Work Intern
Clinician is currently a student at the University of South Florida and is completing clinical hours for school credit. This practitioner is supervised and all treatment provided is overseen by Better Care Counseling founder and Senior Therapist
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation / Biopsychosocial Assessments $85
- Psychotherapy 60 minutes sessions are $65
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $60 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee.
