She is invested in keeping up to date with ongoing training and education in the most current and evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques to provide quality care to her clients. In her practice, she has focused on working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, new or ongoing health and disability concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, and stressors in work, interpersonal, school, or personal life. Her approach is deeply client-centered, drawing from aspects of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs and goals of her clients.
